Noarlunga isn’t a gazetted suburb. It’s the name most people use for three suburbs that share a postcode: Noarlunga Centre, with Colonnades, the hospital and the TAFE campus; Noarlunga Downs, the mostly residential area running down to the river; and Old Noarlunga, the original township and the streets around it. Do You Also Work In Port Noarlunga & Port Noarlunga South?
Yes. Port Noarlunga and Port Noarlunga South are separate coastal suburbs with their own postcode, and people often mix them up with the Noarlunga district. Do You Handle Plumbing In Old Noarlunga's Heritage Buildings?
Yes. The Old Noarlunga township has a historic area, a State Heritage listed church on Church Hill Road and a number of local heritage places. Who Owns The Stormwater Pipe Between My House & The Street?
The City of Onkaparinga looks after the public stormwater network. Property owners are responsible for all drainage serving their property, including the section of pipe running through the verge to the kerb or a council drain, up to the legal point of discharge. If water is pooling in your yard or not draining from a downpipe, we can find the blockage and repair your side of it.
