We're Rebuilding With Extra Bathrooms. Will The Old Sewer Connection Cope?
It depends on its condition and route, so we check before anything is designed around it. A camera inspection shows the pipe from the house to the connection point, including cracks, root intrusion and sagging sections. In our experience original homes here were built with fewer bathrooms than a rebuild usually includes, so we tell you whether the existing line can be reused, repaired or needs replacing, and give you a fixed quote either way.
There Are Big Old Trees Out The Front. Can You Fix The Drain Without Digging Them Up?
Often, yes. Tree-lined streets and mature gardens are part of what makes the Willingale Avenue and Malurus Avenue areas what they are, and nobody wants a trench through them. We clear the roots, inspect the pipe with a camera and, where the pipe is cracked but still in place, relining can seal it from the inside without excavation. If digging is unavoidable, we show you exactly where and why.
We're On Henley Beach Road West Of May Terrace. Is The Other Side Lockleys Too?
Yes. From just west of Fulham Park Drive to May Terrace, both sides of Henley Beach Road are Lockleys, including Kooyonga on the southern side. East of May Terrace only the northern side is Lockleys, and the southern side is Brooklyn Park. We work on both sides regardless, but it can matter when a question involves the council or the address on your paperwork.
